Mrs Okonkwo has just sent over the floor plan and the safety rules for tomorrow. Every item that is brought in has to be registered at the welcome desk by the main door first, and each visitor gets a numbered ticket.
Leo
Where did she put the electrical and bike station, Grace? Mr Shah, the retired engineer who supervises me, needs wall sockets for his testing meter.

You and Mr Shah are at Table One along the back wall, where all the power sockets are. And listen carefully to the safety rule: any lamp, kettle or toaster must be checked by Mr Shah before it is plugged into the wall!
Amira
That makes total sense. What about the Digital Help Desk for laptops, tablets and smartphones? I need a quiet corner so older visitors can hear me when we set up their email or bus-pass apps.

You're at Table Two in the quiet corner next to the bookshelves, right by the Wi-Fi router. And Mitch, the sewing and textile station is at Table Three under the big window on the left, so you have plenty of daylight.

Sweet, daylight makes threading needles way easier! And I'm guessing the tea and coffee counter is on the right side so people can have a cuppa while they wait?
