We welcomed twelve visitors this morning. My mystery recommendation was popular, but I was happiest when a visitor suggested a different book to me. We all became readers and advisers.
Finn
I finished the first audiobook chapter. For once, I didn't feel left behind. I want to borrow the printed book too, so I can follow the words while listening.
Elsie
A visitor said comics weren't proper reading. I showed her how the pictures and speech work together. She borrowed my comic in the end, which made me proud.
Toby
Nobody chose my desert adventure at first, and I felt disappointed. Then I asked visitors about their interests instead. Helping them find their own story felt better than winning an argument.
