Our student council has been asked to suggest a better way to share club notices. Some pupils miss information, but we should understand why before buying equipment.
Jamie
I suggested a digital screen because it can show several clubs without using a pile of paper. However, that only helps people who pass the screen.
Leila
I prefer a noticeboard near the library, where pupils wait at lunchtime. It would cost less, but someone would have to remove old notices regularly.
Theo
Before choosing, ask pupils from different year groups how they find club news. Our own friends are not enough to represent everybody in the school.
Alice
Agreed. We need a method that reaches more people, not just the option that looks most impressive. Let us compare access, cost and the work involved.
