The librarian has checked the wall. We cannot attach a board there, because the space is used for changing displays. Our wall-mounted plan will not work.
Jamie
Could we use the digital screen after all? It is available, but switching the whole project now would mean we were not testing the noticeboard idea.
Theo
What about a freestanding board on wheels? It can stay beside the entrance during the trial and move when the display space is needed.
Alice
That solves the mounting problem. We will use the freestanding board instead of attaching one to the wall. The trial still starts on Monday and lasts two weeks.
Leila
I will agree its exact position with the librarian. It must not block access, and the notices should be low enough for everyone to read comfortably.
