Theo
One visitor liked the shapes but could not remember a long instruction. Saying the game was fun did not tell us that. Asking for a specific confusing part did.
Yasmin
I split that instruction into two short steps. We tested it again with the same example turn. The visitor could explain what to do without someone repeating the whole rule.
Ethan
The shapes helped me choose a card without asking about its colour. I felt more independent. A change made for one problem also helped visitors sitting farther from the cards.
Rosa
We have a better prototype, but four testers cannot speak for every possible player. Our next version should invite more feedback. Design improves when people can point out what still gets in their way.
